We leverage our experience in the various West Coast markets to create custom tours for our developer clients. These tours are designed to familiarize clients with a given market, connect them to key players and consultants and build a foundation of knowledge as they enter a new market.

Project Management + Marketing

Even before a project opens to sales, we develop marketing strategies that directly target our identified buyer profiles and work closely with both the development and on-site sale teams to ensure that our innovative marketing plans are executed to success.  On each project, we tap into our vast network, which we have cultivated over the past 20 years, to bring a set of best practices for the benefit of the project, including broker outreach strategies and co-branded marketing events.

Developers

Developers engage us at all stages of the development process. At the due diligence phase, for example, we work with clients to develop project pricing, refine market knowledge and create assets to support pricing and absorption assumptions. During the pre-development phase, we will work to refine the unit mix, determine appropriate amenity/finish packages and to create preliminary marketing assets. During the active sales phase, we directly engage with sales teams and oversee and facilitate ongoing marketing efforts to ensure that the sales team remains focused on selling and closing homes.

Our clients also include financial firms such as The Carlyle Group, Westport Capital and Canyon Capital.  As your project representative, Slavik Consulting works to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing strategies. We engage with the development team, project broker and marketing consultants on a weekly basis to ensure that all approved plans are executed, sales milestones are met and development strategies are maximized. 

Real Estate Brokers

Slavik Consulting has partnered with brokerages such as Keller Williams and ReMax Realty on new home developments to lead the marketing efforts on various new construction developments.  This allows the local brokerage team to focus on selling and closing sales.  We work closely with the sales team to develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies specific to the micro-market the project is selling in.

Slavik Consulting, lead by Rhonda Slavik is a residential real estate consulting firm offering a comprehensive menu of for-sale development services for urban projects.   

Between 2005 and the present, she has overseen the sales and marketing teams for over 2000 urban condominiums and over $2B in sales. Prior to forming Slavik Consulting, Ms. Slavik was a principal with Urban Marketing Group where she was the Owner Representative, overseeing sales and marketing for clients such as Westport Capital, HEI Hotels, The Carlyle Group and Canyon Johnson Urban Fund. Before forming Urban Marketing Group, Ms Slavik was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Williams & Dame Development where she oversaw the release, sales and marketing of approximately 800 new condos in downtown Los Angeles’s South neighborhood. Prior to her tenure there, she was the Director of Urban Marketing for the Ryness Company where she developed the Ryness “Event Launch” concept for urban projects. 

Her career in the sales and marketing arena is rooted in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter where she was involved in the redevelopment of retail and entertainment venues.  Ms. Slavik then worked on real estate projects in San Diego’s Marina District and East Village before moving on to projects in downtown Los Angeles and Portland’s South Waterfront District.

As Project Director for Slavik Consulting, Genevieve assists clients in all stages of marketing, while maintaining and nurturing relationships with sales teams, buyers, brokers and developers. Genevieve is a licensed real estate broker with over 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing, specializing in new home communities. Experienced in both selling and marketing various Los Angeles projects including DTLA and Pasadena, she understands the complex needs of each unique community.
