Slavik Consulting, lead by Rhonda Slavik is a residential real estate consulting firm offering a comprehensive menu of  for-sale development services for urban projects.   

Between 2005 and the present, she has overseen the sales and marketing teams for over 2000 urban condominiums and over $2B in sales. Prior to forming Slavik Consulting, Ms. Slavik was a
principal with Urban Marketing Group where she was the owner representative overseeing sales and marketing for clients such as Westport Capital, HEI Hotels, The Carlyle Group and Canyon Johnson Urban Fund. Before forming Urban Marketing Group, Ms Slavik was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Williams & Dame Development where she oversaw the release, sales and marketing of approximately 800 new condos in downtown Los Angeles’s South neighborhood. Prior to her tenure there, she was the Director of Urban Marketing for the Ryness Company where she developed the Ryness  “Event Launch” concept for urban projects. 

Her career in the sales and marketing arena is rooted in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter where she was involved in the redevelopment of retail and entertainment venues.  Ms. Slavik then worked on real estate projects in San Diego’s Marina District and East Village before moving on to projects in downtown Los Angeles and Portland’s South Waterfront District.

Project Director

As Project Director for Slavik Consulting, Genevieve assists clients in all stages of marketing, while maintaining and nurturing relationships with sales teams, buyers, brokers and developers. Genevieve is a licensed real estate broker with over 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing, specializing in new home communities. Experienced in both selling and marketing various Los Angeles projects including DTLA and Pasadena, she understands the complex needs of each unique community.
